Partner Partner — Subprocessors
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Partner Partner engages third parties to help us deliver our Services. The companies listed below Process Customer Data on our behalf as Subprocessors under our Data Processing Agreement. Each is bound by written contractual obligations no less protective than those in our DPA.
Capitalized terms used on this page have the meanings set out in our DPA.
Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location of Processing |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. aws.amazon.com | Cloud infrastructure and secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager) for storing credentials used to ingest data from Partner Sources. Also serves as the underlying infrastructure for Bubble, Vercel, and Postmark. | United States |
| Bubble Group, Inc. bubble.io | Application platform and database for the Partner Partner web application, including user accounts, partner records, transactions, and operational data. | United States |
| Vercel Inc. vercel.com | Hosting for the Partner Partner data engine, which performs normalization, identity resolution, anomaly detection, and reconciliation on Customer Data. | United States |
| AC PM LLC (Postmark) postmarkapp.com | Transactional email delivery, including account, security, and product notifications sent to Authorized Users. | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. stripe.com | Billing and subscription management, including processing of payment information for paid Services. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider; Partner Partner does not directly store payment card data. | United States |
Partner Sources are not subprocessors
Partner Partner ingests data from third-party platforms at the direction of our customers. These platforms — referred to in our DPA as Partner Sources — include systems such as PartnerStack, Mantle, Tapfiliate, partner portals, connected CRMs, and CSV uploads. Partner Sources are not Subprocessors of Partner Partner. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies, either as independent controllers or as processors of our customer with respect to data they generate or hold.
Once data has been ingested into Partner Partner from a Partner Source, we Process it as a Processor under our DPA. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own legal relationship with each Partner Source. See Section 5.5 of our DPA for the full treatment.
Notification of changes
Partner Partner provides notice of any new or replaced Subprocessor by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Customers should review this page periodically to remain informed.
Customers may object to the engagement of a new Subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within fourteen (14) days of the update. Objections should be sent to support@yourpartnerpartner.com. If the parties cannot resolve the objection, the customer’s sole remedy is to terminate the affected Services in accordance with the Principal Agreement.
