Clients are responsible for integrating the platform and ensuring the accuracy of information provided.
  • Relationship with Partners: Prish facilitates connections between clients and partners but is not responsible for agreements or obligations between them.

      3. Accounts and Registration
  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and comply with applicable laws.
  • User Accounts: Clients and their authorized users (“Permitted Users”) are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying Prish of any unauthorized access.
  • Code of Conduct: Clients and users must not engage in unauthorized, harmful, or unlawful activities on the platform.
  • Suspension of Access: We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, maintenance, or violations of these Terms.

      4. Payments and Fees
  • Pricing: Service fees are determined by Prish and may be modified with prior notice.
  • Payment Authorization: Clients authorize Prish to charge fees using the payment method specified in their account.
  • Subscription Services: Certain services may involve recurring fees, which will continue until canceled.
      
      5. Intellectual Property and Data
  • Service Ownership: Prish retains ownership of the platform and all related intellectual property.
  • Client Data: Clients retain ownership of their data but grant Prish the right to process and use it to improve the Services. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service enhancement.
  • Privacy Policy: Clients agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use personal data.

      6. Third-Party Services
  • Integrations: Our Services may interact with third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for managing their third-party integrations, and Prish is not liable for related issues.
  • External Links: The platform may contain links to third-party sites. Prish is not responsible for their content or practices.

      7. User Content
  • Responsibility: Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Prish a license to use it for providing the Services.
  • Content Restrictions: Users must not upload content that violates laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is misleading or harmful.

      8. Communications
Prish may send users communications regarding services, updates, and marketing. Users may opt out of promotional emails but will still receive service-related communications.

      9. Prohibited Conduct
Clients and users must not:
  • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

      10. DMCA Compliance
Prish complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and provides a process for submitting copyright infringement claims.

      11. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Prish harmless from claims arising from their use of the Services, violations of these Terms, or infringement on third-party rights.

      12. Disclaimers
Prish provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for errors, interruptions, and data loss.

      13. Limitation of Liability
Prish’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months prior to the claim or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

      14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
